Class Level: Beginner/Intermediate
In this class we learn how to channel the awareness, connecting to our body, our breath, and our mind. Engage with foundational practices of asana including the unique Pawanmuktasana series and Sun Salutations, pranayama, and meditation. Each set of practices will be methodically progressed.
