Starting in April we are offering four online sessions focused on Yoga Ecology and Lifestyle. These sessions will build on the foundational knowledge introduced in our April Satsang on Yoga Ecology and Lifestyle.

Each 2 hour session will include talks, practises and sadhanas designed to deepen our connection and relationship with Nature thereby bringing us closer to the divine within and around us

The first condition in Yoga Ecology is that we learn to connect and communicate with nature. - Swami Niranjanananda

Through the practice of Ashwattha Aradhana, connection to trees, we begin to reconnect and communicate with nature and, through nature. with the divine.

Join us on Saturday, April 12th to learn and experience Ashwattha Aradhana with Swami Prembhava.

This brief five-minute daily practice helps us connect with the divine presence within nature.

By experiencing this divinity, we realise our oneness with all life and develop a desire to cherish and protect it. This practice follows the Vedic and Yogic path of reconnecting and living in harmony with nature or prakriti.
